800 g beef sirloin
100 g rocket leaves
Parmigiano Reggiano shavings as needed
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt as needed
Ground pepper as needed

Preparation
Preheat a cast iron skillet over high heat and sprinkle it with a pinch of cooking salt. Once the skillet is very hot, add the meat and cook it for about 5 minutes on each side (cooking times vary according to personal preferences). When it is ready cut the steak thinly into slices about 1 cm thick. Decorate with rocket leaves and Parmigiano Reggiano shavings and season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
